 After completing my graduate studies, I relocated from Ohio to Tennessee. Unfortunately, the onset of COVID-19 made job hunting challenging. I began working as a contractor in the internal print operations department at BCBST under Melvin Scott. In January 2024, I transitioned to a permanent role. Melvin has been an exceptional manager, offering me various projects and job shadowing opportunities to understand the company and departmental integration better.  

I am dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset. I pride myself on being a diligent problem solver who is committed to continuous learning and excellence. With over 16 years of hands-on management experience, I have developed a robust skill set that allows me to adapt quickly to new challenges and technologies.
