My focus in life has always been to be better today than I was yesterday, from how I treat people to the work I do, always striving for excellence in everything. I will forever be constantly learning and growing.
In my personal time I am working on two websites while researching and testing how well A.I. can create code and other items. (The question I aim to answer... can A.I. do better what I have spent my entire life learning, or can A.I. just help me do my job better?)
I’m a data‑driven workflow builder with an M.M.I.S. background who turns manual, error‑prone operational processes into repeatable automation and reporting systems. I specialize in connecting messy real‑world inputs (emails, spreadsheets, process logs) into clean, standardized datasets and dashboards that teams can trust. My approach emphasizes responsible, reliable implementation...clear guardrails, predictable outputs, and measurable operational relief.

When I made the decision to move to Tennessee after graduate school, I researched the best places to work in the state. BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee was at the top of the list, so I aimed to work for the best company in the state. I have been with BCBST for the past four years.
I really love the fact that BCBST is a service-oriented company with a focus on giving back to the community.

As a child, I would always strive for perfection. As an adult, I realize perfection shall never be attained.
Now my focus is on striving for excellence in everything I do. I fully believe every skill I have is a gift from God and should be shared to make others’ lives easier.
If I know how to do something, I am always willing to share that knowledge with others.
And if I don’t know how to do something and you need help with it; I am willing to learn how... in order to be of service.
I believe that everyone should be treated with kindness and respect from the janitor to the CEO.

The photo was captured in darkness, illuminated by a lightning strike that cast a purple hue over everything, making the trees appear to glow from behind.
