When I made the decision to move to Tennessee after graduation, I researched the best places to work. BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee was at the top of the list, so I aimed to work for the best company in the state. Despite the challenges brought on by COVID that kept me as a contractor for over 3 years, I am pleased to announce that I am an employee of the BEST PLACE to work in Tennessee BlueCross BlueShield.
I really love the fact that BCBST is a service-oriented company with a focus on giving back to the community.
My focus EXCELLENCE
As a child, I would always strive for perfection. As an adult, I realize perfection shall never be attained.
Now my focus is on striving for excellence in everything I do. I fully believe every skill I have is a gift from God and should be shared to make others’ lives easier.
If I know how to do something, I am always willing to share that knowledge with others.
And if I don’t know how to do something and you need help with it; I am willing to learn how... in order to be of service.
I believe that everyone should be treated with kindness and respect from the janitor to the CEO.
